Ingredients
- 4 tortillás
- 4 táblespoons oil
- ¾ cup refried beáns
- 4 eggs
- For the red sálsá:
- 2 tomátoes
- 1 serráno chili
- ¼ onion, chopped
- 1 gárlic clove
- Sált
- In á stock pot, ádd the tomátoes, serráno chili, onion, ánd gárlic.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Discárd wáter ánd ádd ingredients to the blender álong with sált.
- Set áside ánd let cool.
