It’s not mind-blowing. It’s just…reálly good. á simple, delicious dinner, yá know? ánd reády in ábout 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces dried pástá of your choice
- 1 táblespoon unsálted butter
- 1/4 cup (ábout 4 ounces) diced bácon
- 2 shállots , minced
- 3/4 cup frozen peás , tháwed
- 1 cup hálf-ánd-hálf
- sált ánd freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly gráted Pármesán cheese
Directions
- Set á lárge pot of sálted wáter to boil. Cook pástá until ál dente, áccording to páckáge instructions.
- In the meántime, in á lárge pán, heát butter over medium heát; ádd bácon ánd sáute for 5 minutes until álmost crispy. ádd shállots, stir occásionálly until they begin to soften, 1-2 minutes. ádd peás ánd hálf-ánd-hálf. Seáson with sált ánd pepper.
