"Chicken Tikka Biryani" This menu has been one of my preferred recipes lately. It is so warm and highly spiced with scorching flavors and people chunky hen tikka pieces absolutely excites you.   • 1 tbsp Ajwain
  • Food clr
  • Koila for smoke
  • Oil for frying
For chawal:
  • 5 cups Chawal
  • 1 bunch Hara dhanya
  • 1 bunch Podina
  • 1 tbsp Lal mirch pwdr
  • 1 tbsp Pisa dhanya
  • 2 tsp Garam masala pwdr
  • 2 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Kala zeera
  • 1 tsp Safaid zeera
  • 5 tbsp Dhai
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Saboot garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kutti lal mirch
  • 1 tsp Jaifal jawatri pwdr
  • 1 tsp Pisa garam masala
  • 8 Alo bukharay
  • 3 Choti illaichi
  • three Bari illaichi
  • 1 tbsp Chopped lehsan
  • 1 tsp Khewra ess
For layering:
  • Tomatao
  • Lemon
  • Dhanya
  • Podina
  • Hari mirch
  • Zarday ka rung
  • For boiling chawal:
  • Hari mirche
  • Zeera
  • Podina okay pattay
Steps
  1. Subse phele fowl ko wash kar okay sub ingre se marinate kar k 3 hours rakh dein.
  2. Chawal dho k bhigo dein.
  3. Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien pyaz brown karen r sath tematar dhai r masalay add karen r bhon lein.
  4. Chicken ko steam dein r fry kar lein.
  5. Phir bird k pieces ko masalay me add karen layering okay ingre dalien r chawal r zarda rung dal ok dum lagayen.
  6. Ready hone pe pain se mix kar okay serve karen.
