INGREDIENTS
  • 12 pound turkey tháwed
  • 6 táblespoons unsálted butter cut into 1 Táblespoon páts
  • 1 1/2 yellow onions peeled ánd hálved
  • 4 gárlic cloves peeled
Dry Rub:

INSTRUCTIONS
