Uduk Rice With Chicken

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast
  • 2 cups Japanese rice
  • 5 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 2 Indonesian bay leaves
  • 3 orange leaves
  • Coconut milk
  • 1 tbs hen powder
  • 2 tbs greater virgin olive oil
  • Water
  • Lemong grass
Steps
  1. Wash n reduce chicken breast in to small portions (cube is higher) and marinade. I sold chicken which has been marinade from grocery store
  2. Heat greater virgin olive oil, grated garlic till fragrant, upload bird and fry it till brown all over. Set apart
  3. Mix nicely coconut milk, bird powder and water in every other bowl
  4. Wash and draining the rice, and placed the uncooked rice into the rice cooker, add lemonggrass, bay leaf, orange leaf, Chicken and replenish with Mixed coconut milk water n fowl powder untill the third line and blend well, close the cover of rice cooker and press cooking
  5. After 20 minutes cooking, stir the rice so that all substances are evenly blended after which cowl again and wait untill completed
  6. After cooking depart it for about 10 more minutes
  7. Serve rice with chrispy fried hen, crackers, sambal and cucumbar, and revel in it :)
