Sweet and Spicy Chicken
Boneless chicken breast, suitable to cook for an appetizer or as essential dish. I used this as most important dish that i served with Japanese steam rice and vegies,, so tasty and yummy in my tummy ,,, so i proportion it for you if involved just recook :)
Ingredients
Marinade :
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- to flavor Pepper
- 1 teaspoon hen powder
Ingredient :
- Boneless Chicken breast
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 4 shallot (chopped)
- 1 tomato (reduce)
- 3 orange leafs
- 2 cm galangal (smashed)
- 2 cm ginger (smashed)
- 1 lemonggrass (smashed)
- Indonesian Sweet soy sauce
- Tomato Ketchup
- White pepper
- 1 tbs Butter
- Water
- Chicken powder
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Cooking oil
- 5 red chillies (cut small) - The amount of chilli depends on how highly spiced you need it to be
Steps
- Cut medium chicken and marinade about half-hour
- Add cooking oil to a pan and wait until oil is getting warm and fry fowl on medium heat until light golden
- Remove fowl from the pan, and discard almost all the oil,leaving just a chunk inside the pan
- Add butter wait until soften, put in garlic, chilli, shallot, galangal, ginger, orange leafs, lemonggrass and wait till fragrant. Put the chicken lower back inside the pan and stir it
- Add a few water and cook untill Chicken in reality cooked, upload sweet soy sauce, tomato ketchup, tomato, pepper, sugar,fowl powder,and stir it
- Stir to coat nicely the chook for few minutes untill sauce has thickened.
- Taste it and served right now with rice.
