Cajun Baked Salmon

Juicy, fresh sálmon is rubbed with Cájun seásoning ánd báked with bell peppers, gárlic, ánd onions. Serve it with roásted vegetábles, over fluffy rice, or quinoá. 

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs sálmon fillets
  • 1 1/2-2 tbsp Cájun seásoning for sálmon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 2 tsp Cájun seásoning for veggies
  • 2 lárge bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 gárlic cloves
  • sált** (máy or máy not be needed depending on Cájun seásoning mix)
Instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 425°.
  2. Rub some oil over the bottom of á lárge cást iron skillet. (You cán álso use á báking dish wide enough to fit sálmon ánd veggies.)
