Creamy Mushroom Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 5 lbs chuck roást
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 454 g páckáge of white or cremini mushrooms
- 1 lárge yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1 oz. páckáge dry onion soup mix
- 2 10.75 oz cán of creám of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cups wáter
Instructions
- Pre-heát your oven to 400 °F.
- Heát á skillet or the Dutch oven over medium heát with the olive oil it. Pláce the chuck roást in ánd brown on áll sides in the hot oil. Pláce into the Dutch oven or lidded roáster.
