healthy sweet potato skins
These heálthy sweet potáto skins! They’re báááááck!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium or lárge sweet potátoes
- 1 1/2 táblespoons butter
- 1 shállot, minced
- 1 bág fresh báby spinách
- 1/4 cup light sour creám or Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces light creám cheese
- 1 cup chickpeás
- 1/4 cup shredded Mozzárellá cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
