Ingredients
- 2 quantities
- 1/4 kg diced fresh beef
- 200 ml coconuts milk
- 10 cloves onions
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cm Ginger
- 1 cm turmeric
- 2 Red chilli
- 8 Cayannes (Optional)
- 1 ts Coriander seeds
- Salt
- Sugar
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 Lemongrass
Steps
- Put the onions, garlics, gingers, turmerics, pink chilis, cayennes, coriander seeds, salt and sugar into the blender and manner to a puree.
- Add the pure into the pan and stir it till it smells proper. Then add the coconut milk inside the pan with medium flame
- Add the diced sparkling red meat into the pan
- Add the bay leaves and lemon grass
- Cook the red meat till the pork properly accomplished for approximately 1 ½ hours then the coconut milk evaporates and rendang’s seasoning carried out.
